May 26, 2009: >>Bullentin Board & Pink Sheet Transaction Fee Notification "NITE"

Structural and transactional changes in the marketplace make it necessary for Knight Equity Markets L.P. "NITE" to assess fees in connection with the execution services that they provide. These charges are designed to offset the increased costs and to protect their ability to provide superior execution and customer service. Therefore effective on June 1, 2009, all orders that OCSI clients send to Knight in Bullentin Board and Pink Sheet securities that are priced below $1 (one dollar) per share will be subject to a transaction fee of .00004 per executed share. If you do not wish to pay this fee please route away from "NITE".

September 18, 2008: >>OC Securities, Inc. introduces its new Order Destination or Route "QUIK"

OC's new "QUIK" route is the destination to Dark Pools. Dark Pools have historically only been offered to institutional investors. Today OC Securities clientele can access Dark Pools through its new online "QUIK" route.
